You have found paradise! This stunning, family friendly lakefront home has it all for your fun, relaxing getaway.
-3 levels with 4 private bedrooms (3 king, 1 queen) and bunk bedroom -4 full bathrooms.
-well stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker ane an 8 cup coffee maker with filters provided.
-Outdoor gas grill with propane provided
- lower level hang out area, foosball, ping pong table and hot tub
-beautiful lake views from either of two back porches that span the entire width of the home.
-Outdoor covered hot tub, fire pit, 4 kayaks and aluminum dock
-A JC tritoon boat is available for rental from mid April to mid September according to lake levels. This rental is through oasis boating and is $100 per day of your stay with no charge for check in/check out day with a $500 security deposit. Boat rental is optional and not required for home rental. If you bring your own boat, the boat launch is only one half mile away.
-deep water cove on Lake Nottely in Blairsville is quiet and convenient to Blairsville, Blue Ridge , Hiawassee or Murphy, NC. Harrah’s Casino in Murphy, NC is only 17 miles away. Beautiful! We love this place! Very clean and bright, lots of little spots on the property to enjoy nature, and we saw a ton of baby deer. Water was the perfect temperature and had lots of fish.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. Between the host being wonderful, the house being cozy and spacious for our large family, the location, the gorgeous clean lake and the boat as a bonus. It truly had everything we needed and then some. We can’t wait to come back. Run-don’t walk to book this as your next vacation!

This is my favorite property on the lake and we have a tried a lot over the years. Amazing communication, above and beyond help, house was incredibly appointed, fantastic for our extended family, and a great location on the lake. We also rented the pontoon boat, and it was in fantastic shape. This house will exceed your expectations!

We enjoyed the vacation home . As an extended family of 7 and two guests, there was always something to do . We brought our own boat and enjoyed skiing, swimming and kids fished from the dock . We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit and when it rained had choice of games, ping pong, etc. Once again, we made some great family memories.

This was a wonderful stay for our week long family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and the boat rental is a huge plus. Being able to just step on the boat and go is wonderful as well as the dock, which is perfect for swimming. There are lots of activities and even on a rainy day, we found plenty to do. The location is secluded but close enough to Blairsville for shopping and dining. The rear deck was a great place to grill and unwind after a long day on the lake. We will definitely be back!

The House was just as pictured! Everything was very clean, the beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We had everything we needed for a group of 10, and enjoyed the property very much! We sat on the back deck and saw deer, geese, lots of birds. We enjoyed our time out on the lake. The game room with the ping pong and foos ball table were great, the hot tub was clean, the grill was in great condition. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we hope to stay here again!

This house was perfect! The kitchen is fully-stocked. The lake is very easy to get to from the house. The decor is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub, fire pit and kayaks are wonderful amenities. Even though the lake was not full, we were able to explore the lake by kayak. It was very quiet. We enjoyed all the games. The host was awesome too. I can't say enough about this gem.

Beautiful, clean property that was well supplied with everything you need for a vacation at the lake! We had our kids families join us and it was perfect! Spacious, with things for the little ones and games, ping pong, cornhole, hot tub all make for an amazing family vacation! Would stay again for sure!

We had an amazing time at Lake Nottely and at this property. The private cove, kayaks, and convenient on-site boat rental enabled many hours in the water, when we weren't enjoying views of the deer or enjoying the hot tub. The house was extremely comfortable for our group of 12, and the kids enjoyed hours playing ping pong and games. We definitely are interested in coming back!!

Perfect for our family to gather . We bring our boat from Florida and son and his family come from Kentucky. We enjoy the lake with skiing and tube riding. The private dock is close to boat ramp. The house is comfortable with ping pong, kayaks, and kitchen well furnished. The family also enjoys whitewater rafting close by.

Beautiful views, very clean, owner had excellent amenities available for recreation and activities for the lake and in the home. Property close to golfing, the marina, casino , and restaurants. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Family time

We had a fantastic time. The kids did a lot of fishing, rafting. Did some tubing also. Highly recommend renting the boat, such a great area! The house was perfect, very well stocked. The decor of the home was very nice. . . great details, really made it feel like a "home."
