Now for the Disclaimer....There is no lifeguard at this house so no swimming in the canal is allowed. Hot tub, boating, kayaking, bike riding is all done at your own risk. If you have children you must be with them on the dock, while in the hot tub, or on the street.

**Your Affordable Matlacha Vacation ** With all the amenities and space you desire, it's the perfect backdrop for creating cherished memories together. Enjoy meals on the on dock while watching the fish jump in the water. Park your Boat Trailer on side yard, extra large lot. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. The launch ramp is a half mile away & you can drive your boat around to your 20' dock and 100' of seawall. Space can fit more than 1 boat. I've had 3 boats tied out there and even a sail boat with a 4 foot draft. There is additional $50 charge for more than 1 boat and 1 trailer. Please make sure to disclose upfront. The Matlacha Pass is 300 meters from the house. There is a Boat Lift for up to 6,000 lbs but you may need to adjust the configuration to fit your boat. Most people just tie it up to the dock. There is a washer and dryer for your use.
