Pine Island canal home with boat access to Gulf.

Enjoy your morning coffee with spectacular sunrises looking down the canal. Typical Florida landscaping with palm trees, hibiscus, mango, avocado, orange, lime, lots of banana trees. Screened in Heated Pool and attached Spa.
Private Dock with 7000 lb. boat lift. Direct access to Gulf of Mexico.
Large kitchen, Enclosed patio with dining , 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. large driveway with plenty of parking for cars, trailers.

Other things to note
Beaches are about 20 minutes by boat or an hour via car from our home on the island. Boat ramps are within a couple blocks of our home.

Little slice of paradise

This home was clean, well stocked, pretty, beautifully landscaped, the screened in porch was heaven. We saw a manatee in the canal and tons of birds. The bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were all new and comfy. The pool was a little chilly yet but beautiful. Location was fantastic for walks
