La Maison d'Agathe - country house near Deauville

Welcome to Agathe's house. A charming house in the heart of the Normandy countryside, situated on a large plot of land next to two other houses. This one, the largest, has been renovated to offer you a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It took us several years to restore this house, and we are happy to be able to offer it to you. In this house, you will find everything you need for a peaceful stay. 20 km from Deauville and Trouville, 35 km from Honfleur. Two-story house. *GROUND FLOOR* You enter a large open-plan room encompassing the kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is also a toilet and essential laundry equipment (washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner). PGJyPg Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer. All crockery and cutlery is provided. PGJyPg Dining room: furnished with a round table and 6 chairs. PGJyPg Living room: sofa bed with a smart TV (you can easily connect to your streaming sites thanks to free Wi-Fi). PGJyPg PGJyPg *UPSTATION* PGJyPg You will find a bathroom and two bedrooms. Currently, a master bedroom and a children's bedroom with bunk beds are available (this may change in the future depending on demand). PGJyPg Bathroom: a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Hairdryer provided. Master bedroom with large closets. Bedroom with two bunk beds and large closets. *EXTERIOR* A large garden shared with the other houses is at your disposal. (The landscaping is still in progress; we are waiting for spring to beautify this area). The terrace in front of the house is primarily for your use. A table will be set up there for enjoying a meal in the sun on sunny days. Independent access via a key box. No pets allowed. No smoking. Baby equipment available for loan: travel cot (with mattress), high chair. Linen is provided (bed linen depending on the number of guests + one large towel, one small towel, and a flannel). If you wish to bring your own linen, please let us know. Cleaning is done by us at the end of your stay.
