Star Harbor #16 is a beautifully renovated, two-story lakefront condo just minutes from Tahoe City, offering sweeping panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from the living room, dining area, and deck. Thoughtful upgrades throughout—including all-new flooring, a newly remodeled kitchen with heated floors, and multiple flat-screen TVs with high-speed internet—make this an easy, comfortable home base for your Tahoe getaway.
On the main level, you’ll find a spacious and inviting great room designed around the lake view: a bright living area with a large-screen TV, a dining space, and a gourmet granite kitchen featuring a dual oven and convection microwave. Cozy up by the rock fireplace (DuraFlame logs only—no wood burning), or step outside to the lakefront deck to take in the scenery. A gas grill is provided in summer.
Also on the main level is a King primary bedroom with TV and a private 3/4 bath.
Upstairs, the home continues to impress with a second King primary suite featuring its own rock fireplace, private bathroom, and a balcony made for morning coffee and sunset watching. Two additional bedrooms complete the upper level—one with a Queen bed and one with two Twin beds—plus a shared hallway bathroom.

- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Parking is limited to 4 spaces, and street parking is prohibited year-round.
