About this property

This Lakeview Rocky Ridge vacation rental townhome has been beautifully remodeled and is tastefully decorated. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a lovely view of Lake Tahoe. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach with pier, buoys, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, clean unit, and responsive management. Thank you very much for the quick response to the water heater not working. Two very minor other notes - the lighting in the cabin is dark despite the many lamps and the downstairs faucet leaked/dripped. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Beautiful Views

We had a great time. The condo is close to town, grocery store, resorts. The condo feels like a cabin, warm & cozy. Kitchen had all utensils and most condiments. Nice area to walk the dog 🐕 . Only wish is that we could have stayed longer! Great place, we will definitely stay here again. O’Neal properties was great, thank you!

Perfect location

The property is on a private drive, gated, with a beautiful drive with a view up the hill. The condominiums are the only development on the hill and the grounds are very well maintained. View of the lake and trees is gorgeous!
