Parking in the courtyard of the property. Gite adjoining the owners' house, in a residential area surrounded by countryside in the heart of the Savoyard vineyards. The cottage boasts two terraces facing east and north, with garden furniture and an electric barbecue. A bakery is 1.5 km away, while shops in Les Marches are 4 km away, and a supermarket is 7 km away. This single-story cottage is located in the Savoie vineyards, at the foot of the Bauges and Chartreuse Regional Natural Parks. Located just 9 km from Chambéry and 18 km from Lake Bourget, it's an ideal place to explore the region in any season, by car, on foot, or by bike, with nearby cycle routes.
