Welcome to Villas of Panama! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is perfect for a family of 10 people max. This home is located on Thomas Drive & across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and beach access 16. If you're looking for a family friendly rental with a community pool, right outside your back patio & game room for the still young at heart, look no further, this is the house for you & your family.

Villas of Panama is a beautifully decorated, coastal chic house with the main floor space that offers a living room with sectional sofa, for plenty of seating, and a 65 in TV. The sofa also turns into a queen size sofa sleeper. The updated open kitchen offers plenty of counterspace and cabinets, fully stocked making meal prep a breeze. The back balcony offers a gas grill and seating space for drinks, morning coffee or watching the kids play in the pool, that is just steps from your back patio. The garage has been turned into your very own private game room – offering a basketball game, stand up Pac-Man & air hockey table, as well as electronic dart machine & 40 in ROKU TV to catch the latest game or show of your choice.

Once you make your way upstairs, check out the master bedroom suite. Here, you'll find a comfortable king size bed with large 50 in TV (which can be turned to face the king bed, the bunk beds or positioned in the middle so everyone can watch it) bunk bed & private balcony and private bath. Back in the hallway, you'll find the entry to the 2 other bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, 40 in TV & shared balcony access with the other bedroom upstairs. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with 40 in TV and shared balcony that overlooks the pool area, both bedrooms share the full-size bathroom, in the hall, that also offers a full-size washer and dryer.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book at this resort & this home. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. A signed rental agreement & a copy of your driver's license will be requested and sent after booking. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guest will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 10 people max. No exceptions.

Two vehicles max. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed for this unit no exceptions. This unit does not have overflow parking. Extra vehicles will be towed & you will have to move the other vehicles.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. We do not provide amenities for your entire stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an authorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.

As you make your way out the back doors, you'll enjoy the siting area and access to the community pool. Note, this pool is not heated.
