A luxurious remodel in Pinnacle, this stunning masterpiece offers lodging for 14 of the most discerning travelers and a private 8 person hot tub! Pinnacle in lower Deer Valley is known for its duality of being both easily accessible to downtown Park City's historic Main Street as well as a few blocks from the Snow Park Base Lodge at Deer Valley Resort. Both in winter and summer, Pinnacle is an ideal location for corporate retreats, multi-generational family ski trips and summer hiking and biking escapes.

The main living and kitchen areas has stunning contemporary finishes, an ambient linear fireplace, and of course comfortable furnishings for après ski entertainment and relaxation. Multiple decks and patios adorn this Pinnacle unit. The kitchen is well stocked and complete with steam oven, breakfast bar, and additional dining for holiday meals.

On multiple levels of living space, Pinnacle's floor plan boasts giant picture windows, views galore, two family rooms and soaring ceilings in bedrooms and living spaces. A top floor King master offers an additional twin futon in the bedroom, a fireplace, and a large ensuite bathroom with shower, tub and large vanity. The neighboring King junior master offers the same level of luxury and a Twin pull out sleeper, with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The third bedroom Suite has a King bed and ensuite bathroom as well! All ensuite bathrooms have heated floors.The fourth bedroom is the bunk room, with three sets of Twin bunks, sleeping a total of 6., has an adjacent bath that is also a jack and jill into the lower level family room space. The family room is offered as a 5th bedroom configuration for added guests in a pull down Queen murphy bed.

There is one garage space fit for a small to mid -sized SUV and often first come first serve outdoor parking adjacent to the unit. Two sets of washers and dryers complete the package for large groups looking to ready their ski clothes for the following day!

Every detail has been fine-tuned at this incredible new remodel, just becoming available for Holidays season. A perfect fit for skiers, Sundance goers, and various groups looking to get the most out of this mountain retreat at Pinnacle.

Incredible Home and Location!

We stayed at this gorgeous home over the New Year week. We had an incredible experience! The house is spacious with a well-designed layout. It accommodated 2 families (9 people) with comfort. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness of the property was impressive and spotless. We also loved the private hot tub that overlooks the Deer Valley mountain. The host's responsiveness and helpfulness added a personal touch and ease to our stay. There is also a complimentary Deer Valley shuttle that picks up and drops off at the house doorstep, so getting to the slopes is easy. Overall, we highly recommend this house for a fantastic family getaway!!

Great home

Everything was great about this house. I would certainly return next winter. The checkin instructions were easy, the listing was accurate and it was a short drive to park city base mountain. I highly recommend this house.🙂
