Beautiful place in a spectacular location! Owner is very responsive. The master bed was so comfortable and so many wonderful spaces in the unit!

Wonderful stay at Park City

This was our first trip to Park City for skiing. We went with family and friends and chose this property due to its size and great location. We were not disappointed. This home was spacious and had everything we needed and then some. Its beautiful, remodeled kitchen was very well stocked, and we savored many meals together there. We also enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer, like the sauna, steam room, pool table, BBQ and also its lovely views. The house is less than 10 minutes away from Mountain Village by car and even closer to historic downtown. The property manager, as well as the owner, were responsive and kind. We recommend this property without a doubt.

Great place to stay. Hot tub, sauna, pool room, TV room - much more room than we needed (only 3 couples). Perfect for 4 couples or 3 couples with young kids (using the bunkbeds). The walk to the shuttle in ski boots might be difficult for some people but doable (use the shortcuts). You can park below near the shuttle also. We used the ski rental in town and valet the skies by the town lift - very convenient. Had no problem with finding cooking utensils, towels, etc... Just a note to Donna - there was a broken pool stick when we arrived, and the door to steam room is a bit difficult to close (nothing serious yet), and thanks for the wine! Would certainly look to rent again if we decide to do Park City next year. Jim

Location, layout, parking great but needs updated!

Great location, layout and ample parking. Sauna was a treat! Property Management very responsive. Having been a realtor and past condo owner in Park City: too many personal items (family pictures) for a rental, needs updated (decor, appliances, kitchen items, linens), particularly electronics (ability to stream for example NETFLIX, bunk room had broken VCR). Overall, there were lots of things but not in the best repair. VERY DUSTY! There was some confusion in the listing about the ability to use the grill on one of decks because it was subject to snow sliding off of the roof (so no grill). One added request would be a boot dryer. In the big picture, the condo accommodated the size of our family and we were happy to be together.

Great vacation

We had 9 people / two families. It was a great place for a large group. Only negatives include NO door on the bathroom in the master bedroom. Also, and this is strictly subjective; the online marketing made the house look higher end than it actually is. The house is fine but not really what we consider upscale. The decor is a bit dated including TV’s.. We also recommend adding furniture in the bedrooms to unpack suitcases. Not all rooms had space for clothes. Not downing that house by any means, we had a great week and would stay there again.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for! Hot tub, sauna and steam room were real highlights of the house. The split levels also provided a good amount of privacy to our large group. Would definitely stay again!

The condo is great for big groups! Lots of space, amenities and good location. We did have a few issues - the mattresses are completely dead and need to be replaced. The body imprint from previous people was so deep in the master bed that I would get stuck and our other friends who stayed in different rooms had similar experiences with their mattresses. They also need to replace the humidifiers as they were completely shot and did not work. Overall, I think the place is great, but at this price point, it’s disappointing that the beds were so uncomfortable. If they replaced the mattresses and humidifiers we would definitely stay again.

An absolutely perfect family vacation!

We were looking for a family vacation spot that had a little bit of everything. This was exactly what we needed! Plenty of space for us to spread out, and the bunk room on the lower level was the perfect place for kiddos to sleep. We were able to save money by cooking most of our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. This also gave us some flexibility as some members of our family are early risers while others are not! The downtown area was well within walking distance, where we were able to shop and dine out when we didn't feel like making our own meals. This was great because not all of us had cars to get around. As for recreation, there were several nearby trails for us to hike and do a little geocaching. Some of us tried snow tubing at a local place at the suggestion of our hosts. What a fun filled 2 hours that was! There were also several options nearby for those of us who wanted to take a class and give skiing a shot. The rest of us were happy to spend time shopping, playing pool, or relaxing in the wonderful hot tub. It even snowed while we were there, and it was quite a treat to sit in the hot tub with the snow falling! The views were beautiful and the house was wonderful. To top it all off Rich and Donna were excellent hosts, making the transaction effortless. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to get away summer or winter!

This lodge is perfection.

I’ve been vacationing at this ski lodge for seven years, and in my opinion it is the best place to stay in Deer Valley. This home is located very close to the historic downtown area of Park City and all restaurants and shopping, as well as being centrally located to all the ski slopes. The ambience of the house is peaceful and welcoming, and the lodge itself is immaculately maintained and perfectly stocked with all the comforts of home. You need only to bring your clothing and personal items, as the owners have thoughtfully provided everything else you could possibly need. This is an awesome home to rent for a family reunion since there is ample room for a large family to spend time together. My favorite part of being in this particular home is enjoying a glass of wine on the patio while being visited by the resident moose that live in the area. Park City is not only fabulous for skiing and winter activities, but is also ideal for rest and relaxation during all seasons of the year. Book this lodge for you vacation- you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous Home

We stayed at this property and were very pleased. From the complimentary shuttle service that takes you directly to Deer Valley Resort to soaking in the hot tub while looking out at the mountains, you really have it all. You can tell the owners really take care of the home. You will not be disappointed if you book this property for your vacation.
