About this property

Villa de Loteria, is the House of Chance. The Villa is a part of a trilogy of 3 free standing villas, on 150 feet of beachfront. This property is well appointed, 10 steps to the ocean, and is very tranquilo. All 3 can be rented for weddings, parties, or family gatherings.
Here, you’ll be able to observe wildlife in its natural habitat.
The snorkeling in front of the Villa, is FANTASTIC. On any given day you will see turtles, eagle rays, manta rays, and multicolored tropical fish. We provide kayaks. The turquoise waters are very user friendly ...and shallow a long ways out, making it easy for kids and seniors alike.
We also have 24 hour security, and can set up a cook for you. Our little bay is a residential area, 20 minutes from the crowds in Tulum. We are surrounded by mangroves, almond trees, coco trees,.
There are many things to see and do within a 5 mile radius, such as Xel ha eco park, Dos Ojos cenotes, (where people come from all over to swim in these sacred underground rivers).
There are also many ruins close by, Coba a huge jungle site, with the tallest pyramid in the Yucatan,and of course, the famous Tulum ruins, right on the beach.
There are also beautiful lagoons near by.
You will be attended by English speaking personnel, and we take pride in our COVID cleaning program.

Amazing villa in Tulum on a beautiful beach (punta Soliman)

We have greatly enjoyed our stay and our hosts (Dan and Vera) were gracious and helpful in any way that we could. This is a large house on a sizable property just feet away form the beach. The house is spacious and beautiful completed in a Mexican style. It has amazing terrace to view sunset and top master bedroom with direct view of the sea. The property is fully equipped with kitchen and other amenities to enjoy during the stay. The kayaks are available to swim into the bay and enjoy amazing snorkeling. I saw myriad of fish , lobsters and rays while snorkeling. The bay/beach is shallow which is nice given that the kids can play in water safely. This is a nice location for those who enjoy a long picturesque walk on the beach. For those who don't want to cook -- there is a hotel with a restaurant about 10-15 min walking distance by the beach. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend it. I have no reservations.

Caribbean Paradise with Incredible Hosts

Playa Naturel indeed. Dan and Vera are consummate hosts. Their beach houses are well appointed, thoughtfully furnished, and provide everything our new family could have ever needed for what felt like a once in a lifetime vacation. The beach and ocean were utterly private - our own secluded paradise. The Bay has 24 hour security and is completely safe. There is also a boutique hotel that has a lovely restaurant for dinner. What elevated our stay was the spectacular hospitality from Dan and Vera. They are present just enough to make us feel safe and cared for, while also giving us our privacy. They struck a perfect balance. As a new family who had never before visited the Riviera Maya, I knew I needed some extras to ensure our comfort. Dan provided a pack n play and a high chair. He arranged a housekeeper (who taught our baby girl her favorite new game), and a preshop of grocery items so we could rest after our journey comfortably (beautiful fruits, veg, pantry items). Vera even prepared a welcome meal since we arrived late and exhausted. Over the next 12 days little touches made our stay so very special: delicious snacks from Vera, homemade kombucha, sharing a beer with Dan etc. When my husband wanted a massage, Dan arranged an incredible masseuse (Myleen we love you!), to come to the house. When we needed Covid tests to fly home Dan handled all aspects of arranging our tests *at home* *on New Years Morning.* Vera even cooked a departure meal for the baby for the long journey home. Playa Natural: come for unmatched proximity to the calm reef waters of Soliman Bay. Stay for the impeccable, thoughtful, and generous hospitality. We love you, Dan & Vera.
