The mid-2012 reorganized 106m² large apartment with an open design of living dining area and open
Kitchen is located in a restricted traffic zone. There are two bedrooms with double beds and
can stay on a sofa bed on the two additional people.
The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. At the entrance there is another guest toilet.
From the living room and one bedroom to get to the two terraces each.
TV and Wi-Fi is available. All rooms except the bedroom and the pantry are,
solar heated with underfloor heating.
Washer and dryer are in the closet yet.
From the apartment you can directly hiking in nearby forests,
and undertake orchards along Rotach and enjoy nature.
The bus stop is within walking distance of the they come directly to the city railway station and the Stadmitte.
The Promenade is located opposite the city railway station.
A parking space is right at the building yet.
Supermarkets, bakers and butchers, doctors and banks are in the district Ailingen available (Distance 2km).
The exhibition and the Friedrichshafen Airport are also nearby (5km) and are within a few minutes by car. From the city train station
commute fair and buses and trains to the airport.

Wow, a washer and dryer. You will have to hang your clothes up to fully dry but they have a drying rack. Heated tile floors and parking right out front. Very quiet

Wir hatten bereits unseren 5. Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Modern, geräumig und gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, das man benötigt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der FeWo in Friedrichshafen-Berg! Die FeWo ist groß und bietet für 2-4 Personen ausreichend Platz und ist außerdem sehr ruhig gelegen - auf der anderen Seite ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten am See. Sehr positiv außerdem, dass die Küche top ausgestattet, die Wohnung sehr sauber ist und die Terrasse ideal zum Draußen Sitzen und Frühstücken ist - wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Erholsame Tage am Bodensee

Mein Partner und ich hatten einige wundervolle Tage in dem Apartment. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Besonders die Küche war top ausgestattet! Florian ist ein super Gastgeber, er war sehr gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und nett. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Große schöne Wohnung

Da wir schönes Wetter hatten war es für uns ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub. In der großen Wohnung hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Wir hatten meine 88 jährige Mutter dabei, die die Erdgeschosswohnung und die ebenerdige Dusche sehr schätzte.Ruhige Lage. Man ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Auto in Friedrichshafen. Füßläufig ist ein Bäcker bei dem man morgens seine Brötchen holen kann.

Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten, es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben tagsüber Ausflüge in die Gegend rund um den Bodensee gemacht und die Abende in der Wohnung / auf der Terrasse verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Alles mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Mit der Familie zum Ravensburger Spieleland, Insel Mainau, Meersburg, Pfahlbauten, Friedrichshafen und Campus Galli. Kinder hatten es genossen und die Eltern hatten Ruhe. Zur Ferienwohnung: alles sauber, geräumig, Küche hat alle notwendige Utensilien. Immer wieder gerne.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub in der Ferienwohnung in FN-Bergund haben die Tage hier sehr genossen. Die FeWo ist groß, gemütlich, war absolut sauber, ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Morgens konnten wir unser Frühstück immer auf der beschatteten Terrasse genießen :-) Berg ist ein ruhiger Vorort von Friedrichshafen und die FeWo ist schön gelegen. Mit dem Auto braucht man nur ca. 10 Min. in die Stadt und zum See. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Erholsame 10 Tage in einer tollen FeWo

Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in einer Top Ausgestatteten FeWo. Es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ruhig. Die Kids konnten draußen auf der Straße spielen. Ein Bäcker ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufen waren wir in Friedrichshafen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
