Modern and light-flooded ARISTA apartment with upscale amenities and ideal location!
Treat yourself to a great holiday feeling and pure relaxation, in a beautiful and modern ARISTA apartment, directly on the "Swabian Sea", with a fantastic lake and mountain view!
The attractive apartment is located on the top floor (3rd Floor) of a 4-family house Achstr. 9 in Friedrichshafen. The house is located on Lake Constance and the nature reserve. By the lake you have about 50 meters. After about 100 meters, the nature reserve with its various options begins for walking and cycling. Within walking distance you can see the old town in about 4 - reach 6 minutes. Several supermarkets are within 800 meters available.
The living, dining and kitchen are due to large windows very flooded with light, but not visible. When setting up the apartment were in particular comfort, relaxation, Zeitgeist, quality, safety and well-being at the center.

An aboveground car parking space is available to our guests free of charge! For an additional fee of 10,00 Euro per day / night, a car garage parking space can be rented on arrival!
For a dog an additional fee of 15,00 Euro per day / night is due, which has to be paid in advance!
