Modern and light-flooded ARISTA apartment with upscale amenities and ideal location!

Treat yourself to a great holiday feeling and pure relaxation, in a beautiful and modern ARISTA apartment, directly on the "Swabian Sea", with a fantastic lake and mountain view!

The attractive apartment is located on the top floor (3rd Floor) of a 4-family house Achstr. 9 in Friedrichshafen. The house is located on Lake Constance and the nature reserve. By the lake you have about 50 meters. After about 100 meters, the nature reserve with its various options begins for walking and cycling. Within walking distance you can see the old town in about 4 - reach 6 minutes. Several supermarkets are within 800 meters available.

The living, dining and kitchen are due to large windows very flooded with light, but not visible. When setting up the apartment were in particular comfort, relaxation, Zeitgeist, quality, safety and well-being at the center.

Also, you will be amazed by the brilliant lake and mountain views. Whether you. On the balcony or at the dining table in the apartment breakfast, afternoon coffee, afternoon and / or evening meal, you can obtain the full view of the lake and enjoy the Austrian and Swiss mountains Towards the east you can look beyond the immediately adjacent nature reserve. Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Es hat nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich und hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns die Wohnung zu übergeben und uns Tipps für den Aufenthalt zu geben. Der Ausblick auf den Bodensee ist überragend!Wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung bietet wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt, in erster Linie ist aber natürlich der Ausblick auf den Bodensee mit den Schweizer Bergen im Hintergrund und auch der Blick Richtung Friedrichshafen unschlagbar.Der Wohnraum ist groß und lichtdurchflutet, wirkt zudem sehr einladend und bietet viel Platz.Wir hatten noch nie so eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der auch so viele Kleinigkeiten vorhanden waren.Das Bett im Schlafzimmer sowie die Dusche sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber keinesfalls negativ zu bewerten. Gewisse Einrichtungsmerkmale sind einfach den Dachschrägen und dem damit verbundenen teils wenigem Platz geschuldet. Dies muss einfach jedem Gast bewusst sein.

Hallo,diese Ferienwohnung ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.Der Balkon war verdreckt.Das Badezimmer ist für normale Menschen nicht benutzbar, da man in der Dusche nicht aufrecht stehen kann.Desweiteren besteht beim grossen Fenster im Wohnzimmer absolute Absturzgefahr.Das Schlafzimmer ist eine "Besenkammer" ohne vernüftigen Schrank oder ähnlich.Auch ist der Vermieter mit seinem Personal extrem unhöflich und inkompetent.Wir werden definitiv diese unseres Erachtens unbewohnbare Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.Aus vorab aufgeführten Gründen mussen wir sogar den Aufenthalt abbrechen.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr angetan. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine gute Lage (die Seepromenade und Innenstadt sind fußläufig über einen schönen Weg zu erreichen). Aufgrund der großen Fenster ist der See von jedem Raum aus zu sehen, auch vom Balkon ist der Blick prima.Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und wir haben eine sehr ausführliche Einweisung durch den Gastgeber bekommen. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus waren auch vorhanden. Fazit: perfekt

Gepflegtes Domizil mit Wiederholungspotential

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der sauberen und schön eingerichteten Wohnung und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen; der Ausblick ist einfach unvergleichlich und wunderschön! Herr Pecoraro war sehr zuvorkommend und ausgesucht höflich und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für die Zeit innerhalb und auch außerhalb der Wohnung gegeben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Schöne Tage am See

Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Bodensee, ein sehr schöner Wohnbereich, ein etwas unkommodes Schlafzimmer, von dem wir wussten, und ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Bad. Tagestouren mit dem Rad direkt ab der Haustür. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit Blick auf den See in allen Schattierungen.

Super Wohnung, tolle Lage

Sehr gute Einweisung mit Informationen zu Wohnung und Umfeld. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Ausblick ist absolut einmalig, ein wirklicher Genuss zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Auch die Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Hafen ist sehr positiv. Auf dem Balkon etwas lauter durch die Straße (nicht zu sehen). Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Sicht auf den See ist toll. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist und wurden jeweils vom bzw. zum Bahnhof chauffiert! Zu Beginn haben wir eine sehr ausführliche Einweisung bekommen, inklusive sehr hilfreicher Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Temperatur in der Wohnung blieb jetzt Anfang Juni angenehm. Auf dem Balkon ist nichts von der Straße zu sehen, aber sie ist deutlich zu hören. Trotzdem klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren Ende April für 4 Nächte in Friedrichshafen. Die Buchung und der Check In waren top, die Einführung bei der Anreise sehr ausführlich mit guten Tips. Die Wohnung ist schon älter, aber top gepflegt und in sehr guten Zustand, es hat auch alles, was man braucht (Handtücher in super Qualität, Küchenausstattung reichlich und sehr gut, Seife, Spülmittel und -tabs, Kosmetiktücher, sogar Wattepads!). Den Balkon konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht geniessen, stellen es uns aber herrlich vor. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wirklich traumhaft! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber trotzdem nah zu allem. Je nach Lauftempo sind es max. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Viele gute Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar (Fischerstüble, Spitalkeller). Einzige Anmerkung: Das Bad liegt komplett in der Dachschräge. Das Duschen ist vor allem für grössere Menschen etwas mühsam. Aber für ein paar Tage man kann sich damit arrangieren. Fazit: Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Tolle Wohnung! Perfekt zum Wohlfühlen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon und aus dem Wohnzimmer direkt auf den See. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und gibt super Tips um schnell zurecht zu kommen. Wir kommen gern noch einmal wieder.

Frühstück mit Blick über den Bodensee

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet ,bei Anreise gab es eine super Übergabe . Der seitliche Balkon/Terrasse ist mit Stühlen und Liegen ausgestattet und lädt direkt zum chillen ein. Natürlich hat man da rechter Hand auch ein sehr schönen Ausblick über den Bodensee. Am genialsten ist das riesige Fenster zum See ,man hat eigentlich immer wenn man sich in der Wohnung bewegt den super Ausblick. Gerne wieder ;) Vielen Dank !!!

Ganz fantastische Lage mit Supersicht auf den See! :)

Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen in allen Punkten nur anschließen. Sofort beim Betreten der Wohnung eröffnet sich einem schon im Flur der Blick über den Bodensee, der seinesgleichen sucht! Es ist Urlaubsfeeling pur! So eine Klasse Lage findet man wahrscheinlich sonst nie mehr. Zur sehr schönen und langen Promenade von Friedrichshafen sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vorbei an einer grünen Uferanlage, auf der man direkt am See entspannen kann. Schwäne, Enten und Schiffe direkt vor einem, das hat einfach was! :) Wir haben unsere Woche wirklich sehr genossen. Die Einführung war auch ganz prima. Es wurde alles genau erklärt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr, sehr sauber von A bis Z und hat alles, was man braucht. Die von anderen erwähnte etwas beengte Dusche (für übergroße Personen) oder die Bettsituation sind wirklich zu verschmerzen und tun dem Wohlfühlfaktor überhaupt keinen Abbruch. Danke, dass wir zu Gast sein durften! Bis zum nächsten Mal! :)

Gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist in einen gepflegten Zustand und biete alles, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, welche wahrlich ihresgleichen sucht. Hinsichtlich des Ausblicks versprechen die Bilder nicht zu viel und der kurze Weg zur Promenade und ins Naturschutzgebiet bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Die Dusche dürfte für Personen über 1,90m eine Herausforderung darstellen, ist aber angesichts des restlichen Gesamteindrucks durchaus zu verschmerzen. Alles in allem eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Einweisung, im Hochsommer nachmittags bei intensiver Sonneneinstrahlung allerdings etwas warm trotz Faltstores (sehr gut war aber der Insektenschutz !)
