Welcome to this spacious 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home overlooking the marsh in the beloved East Beach neighborhood. Easy walk to the public beach access. There is over 4,950 square feet of living space in this traditional home finished with tabby.

You will fall in love! Generous open spaces in the living room, great room and dining room will make any gathering a special one. The Chef's kitchen has a command center with top of the line appliances, gas stove and kitchen bar with seating for 4. The formal dining room with gorgeous marsh views seats 8 comfortably while there is plenty of extra seating at the full size kitchen table.

Located on the main level are spacious Master bedroom and a Guest bedroom - both with king size beds and private en-suites. There are 3 additional bedrooms located upstairs. Two of these bedrooms have king beds with attached en-suites and the third bedroom has 2 double beds and a twin bed.

Outdoors, there's even more! Your family will want to spend just as much time outside in the pool as they will inside. Enjoy the lush, well-manicured yard with a privacy fence and plenty of patio and pool seating. Park comfortably in the over-sized 3 car garage accessed from the side street. There is an additional parking spot in front of the home as well.

perfect vacation at St. Simon

Saint Simons. Great weekend getaway.

This house and area exceeded our expectations and was the most beautiful and relaxing house I have ever rented. Very clean, great kitchen, and everything was stocked perfectly. The spacious room allowed us to enjoy staying at the home we did not feel like we needed to go anywhere.
