An additional 4 spacious bedrooms on 3rd level, all with walk-in closets, 2 with private baths and 2 with a shared bath. 1st level hosts large game room, 2 screened porches and pool in private courtyard. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. This house has all the privacy but still the best location on East Beach!
