St Simons Rentals is proud to present Eden on East Cottage. This charming East Beach Cottage is located just steps from the most beautiful part of the Saint Simons Beach. This spacious home offers a private salt water pool, screened rear porch and a large front porch complete with rocking chairs. The spacious living and dining area opens to the screened porch which overlooks the pool. Beach access is just 200 yard from the cottage.
On the first floor you will find the first guest bedroom situated with a large King bed, full bath with a tub/shower combo. Also located on the first floor is a fully stocked kitchen, living area, dining area, washer and dryer room and a half bath.
Up the stairs to the second level you will find the second guest room that is great for the kids and has 2 full size beds. This room has a full bath with a tub/ shower combo. Just across the hallway you will find the third guest room with king bed and full bath with tub/ shower combo. Just down the hallway you will find the roomy master complete with king bed, sitting area, full bath with walk in shower and large jetted tub.
Located across the pool area/ backyard is the nicely decorated two story pool house. There is an outside staircase to the fourth guest room. There you will find yet another king bed, bath and walk in shower. The first floor of the pool house features a second refrigerator and sitting area. This home is sure to be a favorite for your family for years to come.
Pool may be heated for an additional $60/day.

We enjoy riding bikes, eating great seafood, kayaking and relaxing on the beach. The golf courses are beautiful. We have many wonderful memories with our family and friends on St Simons Island and we hope that you will come again and again and create your own memories.

You feel like you are on vacation the minute you arrive at this wonderful cottage. It is spacious enough to bring the whole family. It is close to the beach and we love to cool off in the pool after a day at the beach.
