Awesome Rental in a Great Neighborhood

7 friends stayed for a long weekend to take in a football game at NRG Stadium. The house is perfectly located only 15 minutes from the stadium and in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and bars nearby. The house itself is plenty big for 5-8 adults plus kids. The pool, which got a lot of sun, was a great perk. Host was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this rental for groups of friends and families.

Excellent Location

We were visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving and this home was directly across from her apartment complex. We had no problems checking in and the host, Reagan, was very good about addressing our concerns. There are some great restaurants within a five minute walk and downtown is just a 10 minute drive away.

Great rental

My family came to Houston for the Taylor Swift concert and stayed at this rental. The home is well decorated with 3 floors and a pool. There is a bedroom on each floor and there are several balconies, at least one on each floor. The beds were very comfortable. The location is amazing with several restaurants and shops working walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing very spacious for our group. It’s 3 stories and beautiful very conveniently located near everything. Restaurants near walking distance were a hit as well. Reagan was a great host communication was top tier. I’ll definitely visit this home again when I visit Houston in the near future. 5 stars

Perfect location!

This house is amazing! Very clean and very well stocked. We literally just brought some snacks and drinks. Everything else we needed was already in the house. There are 3 restaurants across the street (maybe a minute walk) and there are more that are probably about a 5 minute walk. Reagan is the absolute best host. Even though we didn’t have any problems she checked several times to make sure everything was going well. We are already planning to return next year!

Houston Rodeo for City Boys !!

The pictures shown do not give justice to this property !! When you walk into the property !! High Ceilings, a Master-bedroom on each floor, comfortable Beds. Balconies on each level, everything you need to cook your meals, including even spices which I know sounds silly, but just means you don’t have to purchase. Lol !! … plenty of parking and even a clothes washer and dryer that includes all your soap so if you need to wash anything you are covered. The Pool was great to have, we were in it everyday of our stay. Such a great location. Walking distance to a great Sushi place as well as other good Restaurants. The Rodeo was at the NGR Stadium which is only about 15-20 mins away. Downtown minutes away. A great Mexican restaurant called “Under the Volcano” a must. Reagan, was so helpful and always responsive as well as giving us info about the area, she’s great !!! I do look forward to staying there again. Hopefully the same time next year for the Rodeo……. Kevin

We spent a week in Houston for our son's wedding. This property was the perfect location as it was within 10 minutes of every event. The house was spotless upon arrival, Reagan's communication prior and during our stay was prompt and appreciated. All in all, having this as our homebase during a busy and exciting week wedding festivities was a pure pleasure.

Great Place Close to Houston

The stay here was great, and Reagan was a fantastic host: communicative, quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. There was a minor issue with the patio drains around the pool, but Reagan was all over it. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be the first place I look to stay.

We had the best trip! The pool in the backyard is such a nice private space! The 2 separate living rooms allowed a space for the kids to hang out and the adults. The location is perfect to so many fun things! Reagan was so responsive to any and all questions. We hope to stay there again.

Lovely Property

Really liked this property. It was clean and well maintained. Location was good as it was close to restaurants and some shopping. Not far from the freeway so access to many tourist sites was good. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The host was very responsive and very quick to reply to any questions that came up.

Spring Break

The home is very clean. It is in a great location, many restaurants and things that you can walk to. It is short drives to all the attractions you may want to go to. There are a lot of stairs in the house, which is the only downfall but other than that, no complaints of the place. The pool was a little cold as it was only in the 80s (air temp), and I wish it was filtered better, but once you got in, it felt very refreshing.I would totally stay at this property again if I was in Houston with my family.

The townhouse is well-maintained with everything you could need, including nice privacy, for small groups or larger family stays the way the place is laid out. The location is hard to beat - so much within walking distance!
