Villa of 60M2 for 4 people, the ground floor includes a kitchen equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, large capacity fridge-freezer, the living room area offers a leather sofa, coffee table, armchairs and connected TV fibre box, a pantry with washing machine, a bathroom shower WC, a dining room table/chairs 8 covers.
A swaying staircase leads to CH 1 with wardrobe and bed of 160x190 and CH 2 with wardrobe and 2 beds of 90x190, the ground floor as well as the ground floor are air-conditioned. All rooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.
Outside, on the east side, area of 15M2 with clothes dryer and gas plancha.
West side, terrace of 18M2 with shade sail, table and outdoor seats as well as a gate overlooking the private multi-storey car park.
Total living space: 60M2. Kitchen/living room 17M2, Dining room 16M2, Bathroom 4M2, Bedroom 12M2, Bedroom 2 10M2, Pantry 10M2, East Terrace 15M2, West Terrace 18M2.

Idéalement situé entre le port et le centre-ville de Capbreton

Logement disposant de tout le confort et très bien situé. Propriétaire très sympathique et attentionné.Le bémol : location proche d'une avenue passante (terrasse bruyante). Logement un peu encombré ; s'agissant d'une première mise en location, cela pourra facilement être amélioré. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce séjour.
