Entire House 4bedrm/4bath 10 mins to Perdido Beach

Peaceful house located on a 1.9 acre lot, a short 10-minute drive to Perdido Key beaches, restaurants and other activities. This is a vacation home so you won't feel like you're staying at someone else's full-time home. Large groups will enjoy this space because of the large common area and yard as well as having the privacy of the individual suites.

There are 3 units in this home: One ground-floor 2-bedroom/2 bath unit and two 1-bedroom/1 bath units located upstairs. All have separate, private entrances and all have access to the downstairs kitchen/dining room/common area.

You have private access to each of the 3 units via separate lockbox/door key codes. The 2-bedroom unit is labeled #1 and is on the ground floor. Units #2 and #3 are up their respective staircases on the second floor.
You have access to living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a gas range and a microwave.

I will be out of town most of the time

This house is close to NAS west gate, Big Lagoon State Park, and Johnson Beach National Seashore, Perdido Key Beach and State Park. Very quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

You may park in front of the garage doors and it is ok to drive and park on the grass as well.
