This ground level single bedroom flat is the perfect stop if you’re traveling through Missoula (1 minute from I-90) or planning to stay and explore.
STEPS away from Downtown, Shopping, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars + Breweries, the Clark Fork River, Music + Sport Venues, Hiking, Biking, the Missoula Public Library, and the University of Montana.
Prefer to stay in? Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, TV, Internet, plenty of space to work, to read, or simply relax in a comfortable space.

With smart locks we are able to offer contactless check-in. However, we are available to interact as much or as little as our guests desire.

Close to both the interstate and downtown area of Missoula, you can explore the Waterworks trail just down the road, walk downtown to see the up and coming Missoula art scene, grab some local food and drinks, see a live show, even catch a float on the Clark Fork River (summer activity). Glacier National Park is 130 miles away . The Bitterroot Mountain Range is 30 miles away and Seeley Lake, with plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities (all seasons) only 53 miles away.

With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.

Great Place To Stay

I was at first concerned with the rail station right behind the property… I was afraid that the trains would blast their warning horns during the night, but they didn’t… it was much quieter. We had awesome access to the interstate and to downtown… very clean…. very comfortable bed… very nice place… would definitely stay again… thank you!

I believe so. We were there visiting our daughter so didnt really shop. There is a little coffee shop very near and everything seemed to be very convenient to get to. Husband is disabled and part time wheelchair user, cane for majority. The apt. was very easy for him except the bathroom doesnt have handicap bars but we made it work. Bathtub is amazingly deep but a little harder to step into with it being deeper. I loved the part of a deep tub for a good bath.Would be nice if there were more accessible places to rent available. Just a small hint

Only Stay with Great Earplugs

Property was fine. Not sure it is made clear that you will be right on the railroad tracks and the trains never stop. Hosts should provide earplugs. I was there three nights and never slept more than 1.5 hours at a time. The walls literally shake. Just give people a heads up. I would Never return.
