When we arrived, a young man stuck his head out the window and said the property was not available

After we drove across the country all day long, when we arrived a young man stuck his head out his window and told us his mom said the property was not available. We had no place to stay. VRBO put us in a hotel room for one night.

The rating would have been higher if the bed was larger like a queen bed at least and the main issue was we couldn't control the heating or cooling at night it was cool and we had to keep asking for heat to be turned up. I would stay again if the bed is larger.
