– Property Layout –

- 1st Floor -
A large kitchen, dining table for 6, and living room create the perfect place for gathering. Open concept living with high ceilings, plus a porch with a pair of rocking chairs.

- 2nd Floor -
1 King Bedroom & 1 Queen Bedroom share a Jack and Jill Bathroom, plus a porch with a pair of rocking chairs.

- 3rd Floor -
Primary Suite - King Bed and private Ensuite Bathroom complete with double sink vanity, shower, and separate bath tub. Opens to the private rooftop deck with rocking chairs and wicker seating.


Guest Access:
• Guests have access to entire home including the private rooftop deck.

• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.

• Parking for 1 vehicle is provided in our private driveway.


The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable areas in Charleston. It is just three blocks from Upper King Street, where some of the world's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions.

It is a wonderful place to stay… by far the best we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of vrbos! Only thing I would say is go to the house before you go shopping for items you think you’ll need , they provide so many things other ones don’t which was amazing! All they don’t supply besides food was laundry soap and tissues! We will definitely stay again! It is a little loud because of the location but didn’t bother us at all! Location is perfect if you don’t want to rent a car! Thank you

Rose Getaway stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Rose Getaway. The location was great and we could walk just about anywhere we needed to go. The place was very well appointed, comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. And the rooftop deck was great! Would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Amazing house!

We had a wonderful week at Rose’ Getaway. The location was perfect for walking to King street and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance also. The house itself was beautiful, very clean and the hosts were very responsive when needed. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Charleston.

Awesome house, great location

3 siblings and their spouses stayed for a long weekend. Loved the place- spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the porches and rooftop desk immensely. Location was a quick walk from King st. and geat restaurants.

This home truly lives up to its description and photos. It was clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. The balconies and rooftop terrace are wonderful features. And communicating with the hosts was seamless.

Perfect Getaway!

Rose Getaway exceeded all of our expectations! The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The location was within walking distance to some of our favorite shops and restaurants. The rooftop deck was the perfect place to hang out and enjoy an evening drink. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Downtown Home

Beautiful house, great location, clean and great amenities (2 porches, rooftop deck), etc. Easy walking to restaurants, etc. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Hosts replied back within minutes for small questions. Couldn't have asked for better!

Rosé Getaway All Day!

Our group of 5 friends celebrated our 50th birthday year at Rosé Getaway and would highly recommend it! So cute, comfortable and in a great location. Hannah responded quickly to any questions we had and took great care of us, The beds are super comfy and the rooftop deck was our favorite spot! We are a pretty picky bunch and were impressed with every detail. Book it!

Wonderful stay!

What a charming, relaxing, and beautiful house! We stayed here with our two older, teenage children, and we all loved this house. It was very easy to check in, the house was super clean, the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the serene, relaxing vibe this house has. It was a nice to play vintage records on the record player while we made breakfast and sipped coffee together in the mornings. We enjoyed the porches and the proximity to restaurants and shopping. We were also very happy they allowed our dogs to travel with us. This is a wonderful spot to stay, and we plan on returning!

This is the place!

We were looking for a place in a good neighborhood with plenty of room and outdoor space for an extended stay in Charleston (11 nights). We couldn't have made a better choice. The property is in a perfect location. The top restaurant recommendations from local friends were within walking distance. The many amenities of North King Street are within a couple of blocks and the historic district is a very quick drive away. Best of all is the property itself. The interior layout is very liveable and the three outdoor spaces, particularly the third floor porch, are hard to beat. The owners have paid attention to every detail to make Rose Getaway feel like home. We highly recommend it.

Cute Little house

Very nicely decorated and excellent booking process and communication. Would stay here again. My only complaints would be: Traffic noise due to location on a very busy street. There is a musty smell in the home and I could still smell it in our clothes once we left and had to wash everything when we got home. But it wasn’t so unpleasant that it would prevent me from renting here again. The home is an older home which has been remodeled (excellent job remodeling) so it’s totally understandable. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The home was as advertised. Very well maintained 3-bedroom home three blocks from King Street. Bedrooms were well furnished with comfortable beds. Roof top patio had good furniture with clean cushions. Some places advertise things like that and then you go and see stained or broken furniture. That is certainly not the case here. Hosts were very responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
