New for 2023, this home has been transformed into "Azaleas" - a Boho Chic retreat with a private front porch overlooking historic Spring Street. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks to King Street and surrounded by Charleston's best fine dining.

** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate Suites A / B / C each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

Guest Access:
The entrance to the house is on Spring St. Suite A is on the ground level. Access is provided with a unique key code.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

Getting Around:
Easily walk to the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping of King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport.

DASH is a free shuttle service that allows riders to explore the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH website for a route map and more information.

Other Things to Note:
Parking for 1 vehicle is provided in our private onsite parking lot - oversized vehicles will not fit in our parking space.

Please note this Suite is on the ground floor of a 3 story home. The home is divided into 3 completely separate and private Suites - A / B / C - each with a dedicated entrance and exclusive outdoor space. This listing is for Suite A only. Suites B and C are on the second and third floors of the home. While the other Suites may be rented during your stay, there are no shared spaces between the 3 Suites.

This is not an event space. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests allowed.

There are excessive noise monitors on the property - please respect your fellow guests and the 11pm city mandated noise curfew.

For security purposes only, there are exterior cameras that monitor the home's entrances and our parking spaces.

Date Alterations - We will do our best to honor date change requests for your reservation (with at least 60 days notice before check-in) which do not significantly decrease the cost of your reservation, subject to availability. We do not alter reservation dates within 60 days of check-in, with the exception of adding available nights onto your current reservation. Any other date change requests within 60 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance - We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen travel disruptions.

The house was very clean. Essentials were provided that was needed. The mattress in the Master was a little unconformable, it felt like it had a hard board down the middle of the bed. Overall everything was wonderful.

3 of us stayed in this beautiful place. Perfect location! The house is adorable with a lovely front porch. Perfect for relaxing with coffee or cocktails. The space is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and so comfortable. We loved it and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Very nice property!
My wife, adult daughter and I stayed at this house for 5 nights. We had the entire first floor with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. All were in immaculate condition. It has a pleasant living area and kitchen combination. Parking in this area is hard to come by, so the designated parking place behind the house is treasure. The location is very good ….. just a couple blocks off King Street. A DASH (free shuttle service) stop is located close to the intersection of Spring Street and King Street. Thomas and Hannah, the hosts, were available and helpful. I highly recommend this property. Mike

Upon walking into the suite, we knew it was going to be a great stay. The suite smelled clean and there were even nice touches such as the towels having fancy folds and a brand new sponge was still wrapped in the sink. The kitchen is perfect since we had 3 people and there were 3 seats at the bar. If we had more they would need to eat at the couch. The 3 bedrooms each were well decorated and were of good size. They all have their own bathroom along with shower (master) or shower/tub (other 2 bedrooms). The main living area was perfect and there was even a gaming system hooked up to the TV to play some classic arcade or game consoles. From here it takes 5 minutes to get to King Street. Halls is a 13 minute walk. Every day we received a text from Tom and Hannah asking if we needed anything. I did text once and promptly got a response. I really felt like we had an operator in a hotel and we were covered if we needed anything. The only issue we had was that there was a family of 6 above us and they woke up early. When they did, we heard their footsteps. The property actually left sound machines in each room which was a nice touch. Overall the place was great for us! Thanks for a great stay!
