Enjoy all that Chandler has to offer while staying in this conveniently located home. 1 mile to historic downtown Chandler with great restaurants and unique wine bars and breweries. This 2 bedroom 2 bath single level home is fully furnished and completely remodeled with a new leather living room set (3 recliners) and a new dining room set for real comfort and relaxation. An open floor plan provides spacious living while the kitchen is well equipped with most everything you need. The kitchen and both bathrooms are completely remodel with granite and marble counter tops and new fixtures. A large master bedroom with a king sized bed, 46” wall mounted TV, walk in closet, and a large bathroom plus 2 sinks are perfect for long stays. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. The covered back patio, a gas BBQ grill, an outdoor dining table, and a large grassy backyard provide what you need for outdoor enjoyment. While the neighborhood is completely safe, there is a security door for added comfort. The driveway holds 2 vehicles. The San Marcos Golf Course is 1 mile away. Half of the baseball spring training fields are in the area with the Chicago Cubs stadium being 20 minutes away. Very close to 202 and 101 that allows you to get anywhere in the valley very quickly.

Lovely spacious home. Nice patio.

Lovely home, very nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and pickleball court. The only drawback was a BMX facility on the corner and a school in the backyard. They didn't bother us too much but it was a bit noisy when there was a BMX competition and also when the kids were outside. Seemed like they had a lot of recess time.

Great place!

We stayed here the first week of March 2022. The property was exactly as listed. It's obvious this is not just a rental property. It is someone's home. It was perfect for our needs. Everything in the house was great. And having a yard was nice also... being from the Midwest we wanted to me outside as much as possible. The only think I will say is that there is a grill available for use by the renters... but I (we) could not find any utensils you would normally use to grill. Would absolutely recommend this property.
