Villa Olive is a brand new, luxury villa with a fully sheltered pool, completed in 2021, located in Kalkan Üzümlü. In our villa, which is ideal for large families and honeymooners, every detail has been considered for our guests and has been designed very comfortably. It will give you fun moments with its large garden, children's pool, playground, sports equipment, table football and swing.

Our villa has a capacity of six people, including two bedrooms, and has two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, a jacuzzi, air conditioning and a bathroom. There is a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, sitting group and WC in the living room. In addition, there is a third room in our villa with a hammam and sauna. There are two single foldable beds and air conditioning.


Sleeps 6 or more people, 1 twin room with its own big jacuzzi and bathroom which has a Mountain and Beach view and 1 double room on the 2nd floor. The top floor has a double bedroom with its own jacuzzi and bathroom which also has a balcony that over looks the stunning view of Patara Beach.

The villa has a modern kitchen on the first floor that includes a dishwasher,fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The contemporary lounge has digital TV. The villa also has free WI-FI.

We had a great stay at this villa. Ercu was super helpful and very fast to respond if we needed anything. The villa was very nice, was exactly as described and very clean. we had a very relaxing week away. We would definitely stay here again. For us the peaceful location was ideal and close enough to easily go to Kalkan if we wanted to go to the beach etc. Hopefully we will be back!

This property is perfect for a relaxing family break , it has everything you need to make your holiday special we enjoyed our time at the villa and are planning a return trip very soon .

Beautiful villa

Spacious and private villa in a quiet rural location. The villa is beautiful and the pool and outdoor area is sensational, well equipped with sun and shade areas. Both the ground floor terrace and the 1st floor balcony terrace offer sea views and great sunsets. The panoramic views of the countryside and mountains were marvellous. The holiday resort of Kalkan (approx. 15 minutes away by car) offers beautiful bays, beach clubs, numerous restaurants, shops and bars - nearby, approx. 20 km away, there are numerous ancient archaeological sites as well as the Saklikent Nature Park with an impressive gorge, which can be visited at the beginning with well-developed footbridges.

2 week stay

We had a lovely stay at this villa the views were beautiful, there were a few small shops/restaurants at walking distance. The parents of the owner live next door, very nice people and very helpful Kas is a 15min drive from the villa for shopping eating out etc it's the place to be, you can book paragliding, buggy rides, boat rides etc, marina is beautiful, with a pebble beach. The villa is out in the mountains i would definitely recommend hiring a car. As the villa is new there were a few minor issues, nothing that would stop you from enjoying your holiday. Cats and dogs are everywhere which I loved Patara beach was about half an hour away, Fethiye was about hour and a half to 2 hours away stunning beach with turquoise sea. There was so many places to visit, you won't get bored, the villa bedrooms have there own jacuzzi and en suite shower rooms, the sunset is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this villa to family and friends thank you to the owner Ecurment and his parents for all their help and hospitality . Hope to visit again soon
