This villa gives the opportunity for complete relaxation in the peaceful hillside location of Islamlar but it is only a 15 minute drive down to the coast and the upmarket resort of Kalkan. In midsummer the cooler air up here is a welcome relief from the heat at sea level.

The living room has floor length windows looking out onto the pool and is both comfortable and stylish with a retro feel. Sitting by the fireplace will be a cosy choice in early and late season and there is central heating so even a stay in the off season is possible. Think Christmas or New Year! There is a large flat screen TV with satellite channels so you can keep in touch with what is happening in the outside world if you want to.

The stylish modern kitchen is well equipped if you wish to do your own cooking and there is an integral dishwasher so no need for arguments about the washing up. There is a dining table inside for cooler days at the beginning or end of season or in winter.

The bedroom's kingsize round bed is its main feature. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to the pool and garden and there is direct access to the indoor jacuzzi pool. The photographs give you all the information you need. There is both air-conditioning for the summer and a radiator for chillier autumn / winter nights.

There is a spacious built-in wardrobe in the corridor just outside the bedroom in the corridor leading to the bathroom.

The bathroom is completely tiled with spot lighting and has luxury porcelain facilities. The walk-in wetroom style shower has both a fixed raindrop head and additional handheld shower. There is also a chrome towel radiator for cooler months.

Good quality bed linen and towels for both bathroom and pool are provided.

The outside living space is completely private and a superb pool is the main feature with its relaxing swing seat for two set above the pool for maximum sunbathing and chilling. The patio dining area is close to the pool and the BBQ is just nearby. There is an additional comfortable sitting area with sun shade for when it gets too hot in August.

Within Islamlar and walking distance from the villa there are a couple of small village stores and several fresh trout restaurants whch take advantage of the mountain streams which are a feature of Islamlar. The food on offer is simple but delicious - freshly caught trout, chips, fried halloumi type cheese, salads and village bread with amazing views down through the hills to the sea.
