Step right into this newly renovated and beautifully furnished condo. It is perfect for your stay in Williams.
Easy access to Bearizona, RT 66, the Interstate, and under 60 minutes to the Grand Canyon.
2 story, 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with queen size beds, comfortable mattresses, pillows, linens, and Duvets
The downstairs has a large living room, a half bathroom, a full kitchen plus a Washer and Dryer along with access to the back patio and yard.

This clean and comfortable space was renovated in September of 2021 with new floors, paint, kitchen appliances, window coverings, ceiling fans along with new furniture, Serta mattresses, and bedding.

The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates, cups, and many other utensils. There is a microwave a drip coffee maker and in the dining area, there is a table and 6 chairs.
Just off the kitchen is a small back patio with outside furniture and fenced yard but we do NOT allow pets to stay.

The living room is quite large with a 55” smart Tv, coffee table, and cloth couch and loveseat. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well.

All of the bedrooms are upstairs and they include an Ikea Queen-size Malm bed frame and mattress, a nightstand with a lamp, and clothing storage in the closet. There is central heat and air conditioning in the home along with ceiling fans. There is one bedroom that includes its own private full bathroom and the other two rooms share the second.

There is a parking lot in front that is shared with the neighbors but you have two spots and plenty of street parking.

I am available by phone and have a local cleaning service if anything is needed.

This is in a residential neighborhood just half a mile from the interstate and downtown.

This is an end unit in a fourplex so there are neighbors on one side and possible noise
All of the bedrooms are on the second floor, there is no elevator

This rental was very clean, quite and a perfect size for our family stay. Every one said that the beds we're very comfortable. The location was ideal for a short walk to the Grand Canyon Railway and the historic route 66 street.

Family Trip to Grand Canyon

We chose this property as a convenient place to explore the area along route 66 and visit the Grand Canyon. We stayed in Apartment D , which was very clean, had everything we needed , kitchen was well equipped to cook breakfast and dinner for an extended family of 8. We did the Grand Canyon railway day trip, and this place was the perfect location! Just a short walk to the train station and downtown Williams, which is surprisingly adorable and interesting in its own right. I’m glad we stayed an extra day to explore the town. Very clean, comfy and well appointed. We would definitely stay again!

Great place convenient to the Canyon.

Great location to Grand Canyon

A clean 3 bedroom/3 bath space where everything we needed was provided. Beds were comfy. The living space was great to relax in the evening after hiking the Grand Canyon. it's close to restaurants also. The host was super nice too! I would definitely recommend (and have to friends already).
