Located near Pornic, Préfailles is one of the oldest seaside resorts on the coast. During your stay, you’ll enjoy coves and beaches for swimming, shore fishing, walks along the coastal trail, cycling, water sports (sailing club and jet-skiing at Pointe Saint Gildas or motorboat rental in Pornic), and other outdoor activities (tennis club and skate park just 200 meters away, playgrounds for children).

Between nature and culture, there are plenty of discoveries to be made. Nestled in a preserved setting between sea and countryside, Préfailles promises authentic memories.
You’ll taste local specialties such as the unique “Moules de Bouchots de La Plaine sur Mer,” the ice cream and jams from “La Fraiseraie,” or the cookies from “Galettes St-Michel.”

The house, fully renovated in 2024 (130m² on a 600m² plot), is located just 300 meters from the center of Préfailles, shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, newsstand, post office, and pharmacy), cafés and restaurants, bike rentals, art shops — and only 400 meters from the main beach. It’s the perfect location to do everything on foot or by bike.

On the ground floor, it features 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, and upstairs, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a 30m² dormitory with 4 single beds (90cm), offering accommodation for up to 10 guests.
There is one bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a second bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet completes the home.

The 45m² living space includes a comfortable dining area, an open kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances you need to feel at home (fridge-freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and capsule machine, kettle, toaster…), and a TV lounge with WiFi (fiber).

You’ll also find a washing machine and an additional fridge, as well as baby equipment (bathtub, high chair).
For your comfort, outdoor furniture is available (tables, chairs, loungers, parasols), along with a charcoal barbecue, a gas plancha, and a fire pit.

The garden is fully enclosed, and two secure parking spaces are adjacent to the house.
