My family and I stayed at this location for about 2 months, June-July. The hoouse was very clean and organized, and stocked with essentials such as soap/towels/linens/paper goods. The backyard is where the magic is! Calming water lapping right up to the bulkhead, great screened in porch are where we spent 90% of our time. We launched SUP and kayaks right from the backyard. The sunsets are positioned perfectly across the river, every night was a different artistic take on the sky. We did have some equipment/appliance problems such as massive plumbing flood and lack of hot water for 4-5 days. The landlord was always available to be reached, and did their best to get a plumber into the property for fixing as soon as possible. Communication from the landlord is 10/10. Check in / out was very easy. This is a great, quiet property to relax. Enjoy!
