Create lasting memories at this newly renovated, oceanfront condo on the ground floor of Ocean Place, a private gated community on the southern end of Amelia Island. Watch beautiful sunrises and moon settings over the ocean from your private patio - you just might catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming or the rare sea turtle nesting.
Step inside to find an open living and dining room with views of the Atlantic Ocean. There are two sets of sliding doors that lead outside to the patio, one off the living room and another off the primary bedroom. Enjoy a fully appointed kitchen with updated appliances and a breakfast bar, a primary bedroom with a king bed and a tub/shower combination in its bathroom, and a guest room with a queen bed and a tub/shower combination in its bathroom, all in a prime location adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton and the Golf Club of Amelia Island.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday) from June through mid-August.
Please reach out to the reservations team when booking for a month or more to receive the monthly rate for January - March.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
