(mall in Tampa, with several great Restaurants ) Cheese Cake Factory , Blue Martini, Countyside Mall (Clearwater), within 10 minute of a very large Flea Market, Known as the Oldsmar Flea Market, within 10 Minutes of Oldsmar horse race track, Golfing., Tennis, Community Pool, including a smaller childrens pool, and playground with park setting, picnic tables and barbecue. Short Term Rental Agreement : sign page 4 ( last page ) , place your Drivers License on the last page , take a picture of it and send it to my phone.

Peaceful view in convenient location

My husband and I stayed in Oldsmar to visit friends. The condo is an end unit in a four-plex and is located in an older, maintained neighborhood, close to a Walmart and other shopping and just a short drive to restaurants in Oldsmar and Safety Harbor. It has a peaceful view of the nearby lake and although the neighborhood is near a busy street, there was no road noise or traffic distraction. The pool is a little further from the condo than we expected but walkable. We had no safety concerns during our evening walks.

Recommended for those under 80.

The villa was ideally located for access to beaches and Tampa. It was pleasantly decorated. My bed was comfy but my friend found hers to be lumpy. One of the bathrooms was very small. The shower stall lacked any type of grab bars. Parking was a bit far for mobility challenged 80 year olds. I'd recommend this to the younger travellor.

Thank you for your review. When you are able to return please keep in mind that you can also park on the road , right in front of the villa , directly in front of the front door . Parking in front of the villa allows easy access to bring in luggage and groceries. The villa is 1000 sq. ft , so the size of the bathrooms are regular sized bathrooms for the size of the villa .

Property needs thorough cleaning and there was discrepancy about pet fees. Expedia does not add pet fees to total but property manager claims pet fees are addtional. So had to pay additional pay fee when checked in.

Good

It was good. The property was as described. Know that the owner wants you to sign a paper right away and text it to her. If you are busy make sure to grab it off the counter to take with you so you can sense it right away. The beds are comfy. It is an HOA, so beware of neighbors. I don't really recommend loud kiddos. All amenities were good and in good condition. It was a nice touch to have Kcups, sugar and creamer cups. Especially if you are a coffee adict like me.

Great location!

The villa is in a great central location and a good size for a 2BD/2Bath. We enjoyed the back porch and watching the variety of birds! Melinda was great when dryer stopped drying-came and fixed it. It’s an older home but we’ll appointed. PROS: Great screened-in back porch Nice pond with many birds Great location/easy access to everything around Tampa Great TV (they have Sling-we added out Firestick) Neighborhood is great-good for walking Beds are comfortable Nice pool/playground area CONS: No garbage disposal Kitchen dish cloths & towels were in poor shape Only two bathroom hand towels provided House is just off main thoroughfare; major traffic noise Pool is not heated Not much room for groceries in the cabinets No recycling container Only a few hangers provided Overall a good place to stay!

Thank you for your positive review. It was really nice having you both as our guests. I have since added new tea towels, hand towels and hangers. I would like to respond to the street noise: At the back of the villa there is a lake that separates the street from the villa , so the traffic noise is not up against or directly behind the villa.

We booked this property because it has a crib for our grandson. He was able to go to the zoo for the first and visit with his great grandmother. The location was perfect and the property was clean. This is our second stay here and we will probably visit again.

Very nice! Would stay again.

Very nice decor and view out back. The A/C was tough to control as it kept going back to very cold. The key pad didn’t work sometimes on the first try and would lock on its own. The dryer had to cool down to complete the cycle. Had to be careful almost tripped with 2 steps at front door. Neighborhood well light and very quiet. Great vacay villa. Would stay again.
