Property was clean, functional and comfortable. We were in smallest of accommodation and had very little outdoor sun. Lots of flies, we were badly bitten and chose not to use designated outdoor area in shade and rather a communal area in sun to eat too avoid flies. Start of track into property is very uneven near road and is gravel throughout. Be careful with your rental car Amenities listing seem to be for whole complex so ask about apartment you specifically rent. We had no dishwasher, dvd player, or bbq despite on the listing. I didn't find 'guest' washing machine or drier but was allowed to use Danielle's. Aircon was only in main room so bedroom remained hot. Richard is the main host and seems kind and left Olive oil and croissant on arrival. Check in was very limited although Richard answered questions when asked and provided an electric grill. Info in accommodation is limited and mostly in German. Pool is nice with a side pool shower but it gets lots of insects in it. There are lots of butterflies so perhaps can't have without the flies and mosquitos. Views are wonderful and whole area very quiet. Beautiful walk to Ermones beach mostly through track and fields.

Danke für ihr feedback. Wir sind immer bemüht, die Wünsche der Gäste zu berücksichtigen. Es wird in der Regel mehr Schatten verlangt :) aber Sonnenplätze gibt es ja genügend!! Nur im juni leider gibt es diese Pferde fliegen ! Die Zufahrt zu unserem entlegenen Platz die ich jährlich mit 1000 e unterhalte, liegt über dem gr. Durchschnitt. Die Ausstattung habe ich wie bei booking, auf die einzelnen Häuser angepasst.

Dokonalé ubytování pro všechny, kteří nevyhledávají přeplněná turistická "top" střediska, a nepočítají se službami hotelového typu. Malý bazén k dispozici je super po ránu, i večer po návratu od moře či procházce po Kerkyře. Nutností je vlastní nebo půjčený automobil.

Lieu très tranquille et agréable. Éloigné des perturbations touristiques mais tout en étant très bien placé sur l île. Très belles plages à proximité. Richard et son épouse sont à la fois, attentionnés et discrets. Merci pour tout.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Lage idyllisch, sehr schön und ruhig. Nur etwas für Urlauber, die Ruhe suchen. Ohne fahrbaren Untersatz nicht empfehlenswert. Anfahrt schwierig, 700 m unbefestigte Zufahrt. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und Herr Matthäus ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter.

Wunderbares Domizil

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Küchenausstattung war vollkommen ausreichend. Der Pool war ein Genuss! Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön gemacht! Sehr ruhige Lage! Der Hausmeister war sehr nett, er hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder zum Flughafen gebracht ! Dieses Angebot können meine Frau und ich nur weiter empfehlen! Wir haben dort unseren 10 Hochzeitstag gefeiert. Dieser Urlaub bleibt unvergessen. Vielen Dank......
