Catch a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean as you sip your morning coffee from the breakfast nook. 45 minute drive to Orlando and 10 minutes from Port Canaveral. Conveniently located near Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Whether you are in town for business, to catch a rocket launch or some waves.. We would love to host you!

We hope you had a good time and a comfortable stay. Just a few things before you go: -Check out is at 11am. -Remember to wash all your dishes and utensils prior to leaving. -Remove all linens.
-Please take out your trash and place in dumpster at the end of the parking lot. -Do not leave any food residue (crumbs, pieces, etc.) on floor or any other surface. -Do not lock the bottom lock.
-Set the thermostat to 78 degrees. Let us know if there’s anything we can improve upon as hosts. Safe travels home!

My family had a wonderful stay. The condo is conveniently located across the street from public beach access in a quiet neighborhood. There was lots of beach gear available for use, which the kids loved. The space was exactly what we needed for our 5 night stay.

What a wonderful Condo

Our stay in Cape Canaveral in this condo was wonderful. Kat made us feel so at home, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking, riding our bikes, and access to the beach. Close to restaurants, the Pier and local stores. comfortable beds, and we could even see the ocean from the kitchen window. We hope to stay again next year.

Great location!

This condo is very cute and we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the peak of the ocean from the kitchen window and the very short walk to the beach made even easier with the use of the beach cart provided as well as chairs and everything you need for a great day at the beach. This is a great neighborhood for walks. There are plenty of towels and linens and a fully stocked kitchen.
