Very disappointed and frustrated
When we first got there, the check in staff was very nice. However, the rest of the stay was horrible. One of my family members got stuck on the elevator because it “breaks often” as one of the staff said and it wasn’t until day 2 that we were told there were other elevators on the other side. We booked this place as our first family trip in over 10 years since we lost our papa. We had 3 babies under 1 and our elderly grandmother. Climbing five flights of stairs was not ideal at all because of the elevator issue. Then, they only had one cart to carry everything to your room which was taken and we were told “it’s somewhere on one of the floors you’ll have to find it to get it. The rest have broken wheels”. Again with three babies it was frustrating carrying all the stuff in. Then, in the rooms, none of the locks worked, you couldn’t shut the door to the bathroom and bedroom because the handles fell off, and the toilets kept backing up because “they are having plumbing issues”. When we tried to call the lobby to have them come up and fix the toilet we never could get through. The shower head was broken so only little water came out, and the hotel was very hot. Overall, it was not a great experience for us. The staff other than the front check in were rude, and not helpful given all the comments I’ve put in here. Would highly recommend some changes and improvements happen before anyone else books.
