Wonderful location to Disney, Universal and Epic Universe. Publix grocery store very close. Easy parking and unit on ground floor exactly as pictured. Perfect for our stay and all of the communication was sent ahead and easy to understand. Thanks for a great place for our time visiting!

This was a very good stay for us. A well-maintained gated condo complex, a nicely-appointed unit, very nice swimming pools, and very well located (near grocery store and Universal Studios). Excellent communication from Ana our hostess.

The stay was as advertised. Check in and out was easy. No extra amenities so make sure to bring your own laundry detergent and body wash/shampoo etc.

Very nice home

I would definitely stay here again, very quiet even on NewYears. Condo was very nicely decorated and clean. Host answered my question on parking very promptly. The location is near a Publix and many restaurants and attractions.

Great location

Location and check in was on point! So easy. Pool area is great. Ana was responsive and lovely Condo main areas were nice, bathrooms need updating. Beds were all old and uncomfortable, couch uncomfortable, TVs were small and impossible to work correctly, not enough towels we had to go buy some. No lock on slider had to put a chair in Track. First floor with kids concerning not locking. Grills were not useable would not consider them grills need Charcoal etc. Perfect location, easy access, but probably wouldn’t stay at this condo again.

Great stay

Had a great stay. This location was perfect for us so very close to everything. When we went to use the hairdryer it was broken, i messaged right away and was brought another one. I was super impressed since there was another dryer in the other bathroom. House was very clean, loved that the mickey dishes were displayed on the bar. My family and i will definitely stay here again.

We loved the location as far as being near all the attractions we were interested in. The community could have been better (parking, other occupants), but we did not spend a lot of time there. Overall, the condo was clean and the hosts were very responsive. Thank you again.

Vista Cay Review

The unit was very clean and well maintained. The owner responded quickly when I reached out to her regarding a couple items of replacement items that were needed, and they were delivered by the end of the day. I would stay here again if it was on the other side of the street because I needed to be closer to the Convention Center.

I can’t complain about this place

There was no bed sheets for 2 beds and we had to use the bed spread as a blanket. Saw a bunch of cockroaches inside the place. Overall I still think it was a good place to stay at.

Nice Property

I fell in love with the decor. It was perfect for our Disney trip. The location was centrally located to all attractions. My only complaint was the bug infestation. We called management about our concern, they responded within an hour. I’m not sure if they ever came because there was no follow up and bugs were still in the kitchen area throughout the stay.

Close and quiet property!

This space worked great for my family of 5. We enjoyed how close it was to the attractions, free parking, grocery store and restaurants. Property was clean and the layout was perfect! Would have been nice to have some pillows that were a littler newer, spoons that could have fit in my toddlers mouth and some general cleaning supplies to wipe the counters with. The lawn chairs on the deck were broken as was the ice and water dispenser, but everything else was functional.

This place is gem! Excellent location for NEW Universal

The check in process was easy, Driving into the resort and accessing the unit. The place is good if you are looking to be near the attractions or the convention center. I feel the square footage is tight for 10-12 ppl. There wasn’t a lot of seating in the living room and the tv’s were quite small. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were very flat. I mean the place served its purpose but I would stick to 6-8 people. Bedrooms are small, with the exception of the master bedroom
