Loved that this place was close to so many Orlando parks, outlets, restaurants, etc. Very clean.

Family trip

Service had NO hospitality rooms had bad smell no sense of urgency with our emergency. We checked out 3 days early and was told we can get a refund and didn’t.

Lobby and outside looked great. Staff was ok. Rooms were terrible for the rate. Cheap but $20 a day for each car so plus $160 added to so called discount. 8 in diamater hole by bathroom, 1 side of desk legs were leaned in like it was going to fall over, big wood headboard crooked by 2 inched. Paint splatter all over bathroom floor. Now my Daughters room. Had an strong smell to it. Dont now how they stsyed in it for 3 days lol. Now what really ticked me off is i was told they dont service the room during your stay and if you need towels, you have to come down to front desk. There were only 2 towels in room. I always choose Holiday Inn but now i will book my own room and check the rooms before i except. Stayed an extra day but not there and was not charged for both vehicles either and had a good breakfast lol.
