The villa is suitable for people who want a peace and privacy. It contains 7500 square meters private space to enjoy nature and all essentials you will need for your stay. Villa has 32 sqare meters swimming pool and it is located in a calm atmosphere with lots of greenery. The area is suitable for cycling. It is located in village Brštanovo, 40 minutes away from various beaches and rivers, 32 km away from the center of town Split, 33 km from Split airport and 37 km from Trogir.
The residential part of the house is located on the first floor and has an area of 100 square meters (plus 20 m2 of terrace).The living room, dining room and kitchen have 40 m2. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other a shower cabin. In the living room there is a large sofa that can be transformed into a bed 150 cm wide. Living room-kitchen and every bedroom have own airconditionig. Mosquito nets are placed on the openings of all rooms.
Other parts of the house are used as storage and are not rented. The area around the house is whole fenced. You will have the house, garden and pool just for yourself.

Excellent relaxing holiday
Immaculate property with lots of space and air-con throughout. Maja was a wonderful host: warm, welcoming and very helpful - excellent communication too. Great facilities - all you need for a relaxing family holiday in the sun and by the pool.
