Although it is a semi-detached house, you will have your privacy as you are completely separated from the neighbors. The courtyard, 'an oasis of tranquility', is reserved only for the guests of this house. Enjoy the intimate atmosphere in the hot tub overlooking the countryside or the home-cooked barbecue meals on the covered pergola. Children can play carefree and have their fun in the play corner in the courtyard. The center of Split and the most attractive beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
