Hi and thanks for looking at this villa. I live in Philadelphia, am originally from Scottsdale, own a time share in this resort and have stayed here many times. Great amenities, perfect location and absolutely ideal for attending the Phoenix Open (for which I have stayed here many times). It is one of the only places where you can bypass the Phoenix Open traffic, park by your villa and walk to the tournament. If you have other dates in mind, please let me know and I can check availability. Also, if you need restaurant recommendations, I have many favorites and am happy to pass them along. Thanks!
