Convenient location

Very quiet building … no loud parties. A lot of things to do in the area. Parking was easy. A long walk to the condo from the garage but just count it as your steps for the day!

We had a wonderful time visiting Phoenix and the surrounding areas. This property was top notch, and the host was incredibly easy to communicate with! There is a hot tub by the pool that we used every single day! 10/10 would recommend.

Quiet Abode

We were in Phoenix for a gymnastics meet. Great location , close to fantastic restaurants and shopping as well as the convention center. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The pool was not heated and it’s an air mattress for an additional bed, that was the only down side. Overall great experience.

Property is lovely and Keyla is amazing! The parking was a tad confusing and a long way from the apartment but definitely a plus to have for FREE. Unfortunately the pool was under repair but we made very good use of the hot tub and BBQ area.

Mariah's place was awesome! It was exactly as described and pictured. Very neat and clean just a perfect place to stay. It is a little bit of a walk from parking garage, only suggestion is to state that when some one is booking, it didn't bother us but there are times I travel with my mother who could not of walked that. I would only bring up when someone is booking not on your listing... AWESOME PLACE A+ HIGHNLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!!!!

Great stay in the middle of Phoenix

We stayed 9 days here. Great commutation. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed including coffee! We loved having a coffee or two in the morning sitting on the patio. The apartment was clean and tidy. The a/c worked great. The bed was comfortable. Fitness facility was awesome. Lots of equipment and big space. Outdoor space was great and if you wanted you could even bbq. Hot tub was nice, but the pool was a bit chilly. Parking was a little bit confusing at first but once you knew where to go and how get a permit there wasn’t an issue. The only negative that I would say is that the bedroom carpet looked a little dirty, other than that it was a fantastic stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
