Condominium, 3 Bedrooms, 4 Baths. Two bedrooms furnished with extra bed to accommodate parents and children. This is a non-smoking unit and meets the Brett-Robinson criteria for a Premium unit (1958 square feet of living space).

This unit was designed and furnished with care and will readily accommodate larger families. The living room has a comfortable sectional and a 47 inch HDTV with DVD player. The gourmet kitchen is fully furnished and includes granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets and a separate wet bar with ice maker and under counter refrigerator. A large balcony provides views of the Gulf of Mexico and catches the summer breeze. Each bedroom has it's own bath. The fourth bath is located off the hall and includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Wanda was so helpful! We had a mix-up with our original property due to VRBO not taking what we booked off of the site, so somebody else booked our original place. So when we were scrambling when we drove into AL, I found Wanda's beautiful condo and we gave her a call. She was so helpful, and friendly, and her place has EVERYTHING! We were so happy with the view, the rooms, the facility in general, and the location. I highly recommend this condo and containing Wanda to help you.

ladies weekend

My girlfriends and I ( from 40-50 in age) go to the beach every year. This was our 10th year...This condo was awesome...loved the space and decor and the kitchen is wonderful....We just layed by the pool for 5 days . nothing special...We have stayed at the caribe and phoenix on the bay and phoenix west last year..different condo...This one was way better.... recommended for everyone,...

We had a great vacation with our three kids! Lots of storage in the condo and amenities—hot pads would have been helpful though! We all enjoyed the lazy river Randall beautiful views. Plenty of space for our family of five!

Perfect Family Beach Trip

We LOVED this condo and beach! Our family (ages 1 - 57) spent a week just relaxing on the beach and enjoying each other’s company. October is a great month to visit as the weather wasn’t overwhelmingly hot and there was still lots of beach action without all the crowds. Rain did cut one of our beach days short, but the condo was extremely comfortable and never felt crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and there were plenty of towels which was nice. We will definitely visit again!!!!

Great stay

Room was overall great . Only complaints were one of toilets was broken (which could easily not ever been reported to anyone). If used you had to open lid and manually flush. Room had 4 toilets so we never bothered to let anyone know. Complaint two and the worst one was in room next to ours they would do construction late into the night . I finally complained about this the second night at 9:30 pm which at that time front desk made them stop laying tile in bathroom. It was stopped once complained but I try not to do that Sort of thing, and hate to be put in position to have to . All construction in rooms should stop at 5 in my opinion. These things being said I would definitely stay again location is great and room is exactly as advertised.

This property is everything advertised. We’ve used VRBO multiple times. Sometimes the property pictures isn’t exactly up to expectations, but this one is everything described and more. It was perfect for our large family vacation. The view was great, the beach was just out the door and the pool, lazy River and water slide was great for the grandkids. The condo was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep dinner. The ice machine was a bonus for beach coolers. If you’re looking for a family vacation spot, don’t pass this one up.

The condo is a great condo with lots of space. The complex I was not managed well. They were behind on cleaning and only had 3 working elevators for 25+ floors making it hard to get up and down at peak times.

A lazy river for lazy one me

Process was quick and easy. View is wonderful. Just sat and listen to the surf. Grandkids lived the lazy river and water slide. Indoor pool and hot tub very nice as well

Beautiful Condo on the beach

This condo was very roomy for our large family. Beds were very comfortable...condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The dryer does need to be replaced though, took FOREVER to dry one load. The condo was nice and clean except for the first bedroom on the right...there was an empty yogurt cup under the bed and a wash rag in the bathroom drawer with poop on it. We had a great stay other than that and would definitely stay here again!!

Great Unit with Beautiful View

Typically when we travel anywhere we end up having to clean when we arrive. This unit was extremely clean and we did not have to clean anything. Such a nice change. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. The owner responds quickly & was very helpful. Unit right on the beach with a great balcony - loved listening to the ocean. As far as the rest of the property, everything was maintained & clean. The pool was not heated or if it was not by much. It was too cold to get in. The property had signs up for masks and placed sanitizer in elevators/entrances. A considerable number of the guests would not wear masks - not even in the elevator. Overall great stay and would definitely go back.

A relaxing spot for everyone...indoor and out

Although the weather turned cold, we all enjoyed the our stay. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our large crew. The indoor pool and hot tubs kept the kids entertained while the exercise room offered other options for the adults. The balcony was spacious and sunny, allowing us to watch dolphins every morning and evening. The beaches and water were gorgeous. Can't wait to come back in April and June!

Poe girls getaway

Mother's Day

Our family was joined by our son and daughter-in-law. We had a wonderful get together. We were also celebrating our sons birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to bake a cake, with the exception of the ingredients of course. Such a beautiful view and the balcony was large enough for everyone to gather on and enjoy the views. We walked down to the beach and enjoyed the sunset. My husband uses a walker now and with help getting it on the beach, we were able to enjoy the sunset for a long time.

Fantastic Vacation

We had a lovely 4 night stay. An absolutely beautifully appointed condo with all the conveniences of home and more. My husband, son and his wife, daughter and her husband and 6 little girls had a wonderful time. Enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony in the morning before going to the beach. My husband also spotted a sea turtle! The 4 bathrooms were heaven sent. My husband especially loved the design of the bath/laundry room. Your unit was extremely well stocked. Wonderful selection of cookware and plenty of towels. The girls loved the game table and we had many hours of checkers played there. We hope to visit again before too long.
