Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. Unlike many other condos at the resort, we have a private balcony, no one can see in. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. We also manage the 4br unit next door should you need more space for large groups.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, tiled kitchen kick plate wet bar with ice maker, 65” SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 60" SMART TV in the master and a 55" SMART TV in the 2nd bedroom and 50" SMART TV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances including upgraded granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, there are two full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, the 3rd bedroom has two twin over full bunks and there is a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 14.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.
