This bungalow is nestled in the heart of Wasatch Hallow Salt Lake City. 30 min from Park City, Snowbird, and other world-class skiing, 5 min to the U and University Hospital, 2 min to the University of Westminster. Can’t beat the location. The home has been newly remodeled, with all new appliances, and decorated with all-new furnishings and West Elm bedding. It has 2 living rooms one upstairs and one downstairs, and king beds in two of the bedrooms. The great neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, coffee, ice cream, gift, a wonderful bookstore and more..

My husband and I live in California and have 3 college-age boys. I love to ski, run, mt bike, tennis, and anything else that is outdoors. That is what brought us to Utah, the beautiful outdoors.
Why they chose this property
We want to share our vacation home with you. We have two sons at the U and purchased this home to see them and to use while skiing the great mountains of Utah. Also in the summer to enjoy the flyfishing and mt biking Utah has to offer.
