Déçue

J aurais aimé être alertée sur les difficultés de connexion et le wifi plus qu aléatoire. Il m a été impossible de travailler sur place!De plus , le mobilier est vieillissant ( porte de placard qui tombe) mais le linge ( serviettes de toilettes, torchons) est neuf, encore emballé et donc pas lavé au préalable…

Bonjour Madame, Je comprends votre frustration quant à la connexion internet. Elle est en effet commune à toute la résidence ce qui nuit à un haut débit nécessaire pour travailler en continu toute la journée. Il n y avait pas eu de plainte de clients jusqu’à présent, la clientèle étant plutôt en vacances et utilisant internet ponctuellement pour consulter des e-mails. Je vais voir comment améliorer les choses. J espère toutefois que vous aurez pu apprécier tous les autres avantages du lieu : la vue sur le golf, la piscine, tennis et plage à quelques mètres.
