This fully renovated property includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. The ground floor is the living area with living / dining room, open kitchen, separate toilet, terrace and furnished garden.
A comfortable, modern and well-equipped accommodation, very popular with families as it is easy to access and secure
The apartment is composed:
   - 2 bedrooms each equipped with a large bed (memory foam mattress) a closet and a desk (cot on request). One of the two bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the pool.
- American-style kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, SENSEO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer) plenty of storage space and work plan.
- Dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, coffee table, dining table for 6 people.
- Bathroom with bathtub (hair dryer).

- Terrace with outdoor table and chairs facing north.
- Garden of 38m2 with outdoor table and chairs and two armchairs facing south.

Excellentes vacances dans un cadre agréable et un appartement dans lequel rien ne manque pour se sentir chez soi. Et que dire de l accueil des propriétaires qui sont des gens très sympathiques .
