About this property

This condo has a king sized bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed. It has a split system AC system for tropical nights. It is an end condo which has more privacy to offer and is quieter because of the location. Extra large lanai for Turtle and whale watching. There is a dining table that seats 4 guests. The kitchen is completely remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience.

Clean, quiet place on the water.

Overall great experience with our stay. Condo was clean, organized, with all your basic needs. Balcony overlooks the water and there is a patio area down below to lounge. The only real caveat was that the washer and dryer are very old and had a bit of a musty smell to them, only relevant if you plan to wash clothes on vacation. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Another Fabulous Stay at Makani Sands!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Makani Sands #201 multiple times ...wonderful every time. Several updates since our stay only 7 months ago were appreciated: new sliding patio doors vs. the old worn out, plus an awesome new microwave! We love Makani Sands, #201 especially ...we’ve booked for two more stays in 2024! The only flaw is that #201 needs a conch shell to blow at sunset!

Amazing Oceanview Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No complains at all here. Property management was very friendly and was able to extend our last day departure check out. Very clean, quiet, updated condo. Can't beat that sound of the ocean in the morning. Bed very comfortable. I would highly recommend this. If you ever near the area try goin to the food trucks near by, the food is amazing.

Paradise for a week..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, weather, staff, and the condition of the condo. The only part that we didnt enjoy was the motion camera light in both the hallway and deck. They came on constantly and would ruin the ambience of watching the evening stars. It needs to be adjusted or taken down. Not sure what purpose it serves.
