This welcoming abode with an open style top level great room allows Atlantic Ocean views for miles while also providing a modern kitchen, living area for family movie night and conversation, 4 restful retreat bedrooms, and a two level oceanfront deck with an enclosed outside shower! Books, DVDs, Games, and Puzzles as well as Disney Channel for the kiddos or children at heart add to the appeal inside while the provided various beach toys make heading down to the seaside even more fun!

Notice: Please be advised that a beach renourishment project will be underway in Surf City, NC, starting December 1, 2024, and is expected to conclude in May 2025. During this project you may see and hear heavy machinery, dredging, and activity in the area.
