Ideally located just steps from the famous Hôtel Martinez, this apartment enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Cannes. Within minutes, you can reach the sandy beaches of the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, the port, the Suquet, as well as the lively shopping streets and the city's most popular restaurants.
Whether you're here for a business trip or a seaside vacation, everything is within walking distance: enjoy the sea, luxury boutiques, the local market, or Cannes' vibrant nightlife, all without ever needing a car.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.
You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.
Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
