- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom.
- Separate WC.
Upstairs: - Bedroom with one double bed (140 x 200 cm), shower room.
- Pets are not allowed.
Storage space for 2 bicycles.
Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental property (inside and outside).
