1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. 5 parking spaces on the property, New Wave will supply 7 parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. No Pets Allowed. Any non-disclosed pets will result in a charge of $400.

- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
